The Cherry Orchard
One love triangle, a senile servant, two out-of-touch aristocrats, and Mr. Disaster all descend on an estate in terrible debt. With endless talking and no communication, Lyubov Andreyevna and her circle bleat like sheep, play the violin, and desperately try to say they love each other. Nostalgia and guilt combine under the blossoms as the characters search for enough love and beauty to stave off the cruel, unrelenting reality.
